Will PSA veneer adhere to plastic?

Question:

Any input and/or suggestions regarding applying PSA veneer over cabinets that have plastic laminate facing will be appreciated. At this point, I do not know the condition of the laminate, whether it is still secured well or has loose areas. I have done refacing before but not on plastic laminate.

Answer:

If the laminate is intact and stuck down well PSA will work perfectly. All you need do is make sure the surface is clean.
